How Does Meth Intake During Pregnancy Affect The Child?

I have a friend that is 30 weeks pregnant with no prenatal care not due to drugs but to other financial and abusive reasons, but a few friends and i just helped her off of Crystal meth and she is scared her baby will b tested for drugs due to no previous prenatal care. She is in a better environment and get in the process of seeking prenatal care now, and i am seeking information for her on if the baby will test positive or not. I am a recovered meth addict myself and know alot about the drug but i never used while pregnant so i dont know how long. Can you plz help me to help her. I know the average length for an occasional adult user is 4-7days. Thank you. Ps she lives with me now so i know shes not using no more.
