How Does Recurrent Disc Herniation Appear On MRI Report Post Laminectomy?

hello what does a recurrent disc on mri look like after laminectomy? I had a laminectomy 2 years ago my doctor at the time said no recurrence on the 2nd mri but I went to a to see another doctor yesterday and he said there was a recurrence & scar tissue
