How Does Taking Gynera Affect The Regular Menstrual Cycle?

I have my depo shot which will expire on feb11. I take gynera pills also for 21 days. I'm expecting my period yesterday but til now I don't have. I take this pills because I have continious bleeding/spotting. Is there any chance of being pregnant? Pls help thank you
