How Does Taking Losartan Relate To Presence Of RBC And Protein In Blood?

Hello Doc, I was taking LOSARTAN 50 mg (in 2 doses AM& PM) but chenged to BENITEC-40 after I got lot of itching all over the body. After taking BENITEC, the problem lessened but did not stop. So my doctor has changed my HBP medicine to TELMISARTAN TABLETS IP40 mg (SARTEL 40) and also recommended SARTEL_H if BP does not stay normal. kindly advice what are the implications on my health. I srtated having RBC and protein traces in my urine after I changed to LOSARTAN from AMTAS-50. Thank you so much in advance.
