How Effective Is Anti-Itch Plus Equate Cream For Eczema?

My eczema seem to have gotten worst to like an infection because now my whole stomach is bumpy and red with scars and my arms and parts of my upper and lower back are very itchy, red and bumpy. The itching is very very intense. What do you think is going on? And, I'm using Anti-Itch Plus Equate cream.
