How Effective Is Birth Control Pill After Condom Break While On Accutane?

Hi. For the past 2 months I have been on accutane. I am also on birth control and have been so for the past year. Just a few days ago, while having sex with my partner, the condom broke. The next morning I took the morning after pill just to be safe because I know women on accutane are at a higher risk of pregnancy than women who are not. From a professional point of view, how effective is birth control plus the morning after pill for women on accutane after the condom breaks?
