How Effective Is Cinnamon Tea When Having Diarrhea And Vomiting?

hi I took my daughter to emergency care last night cause she has severe vomiting and diarrhea uucnntrolable they gave her two bags of iv which she actually bought all of the first one back up andsome of the second one ...we were there for 4 hrs. cmae home she was settled for a couple of hrs. iwent online and saw that you can do cinnamon tea so she has kept a little down and stomach settled for most of the day I also had her rinse her mouth with the venrgar water to remove the vomit in her mouth, she drank some water,a little tea,and alittle ginger ale..but she is back to the serious vomiting...she was diagnosed with food poisioning..what else can in do???
