How Effective Is Skipping For Losing Fat In Stomach And Thigh?
Hi, Am 29 yr old. height 167cm, weight-74kgs. having 2 babies both are C section delivery. 2nd baby i delivered on january 2013. I would like to reduce my tummy & thigh muscles and keep fit.. can i do skipping? I've heard skipping brings uterus position down and causes problem.....is it true? or not. If skipping is advisable ..how many times /how many minutes should i do ...and how it should be done? slowly/fast?
