How Effective Is The Measles Vaccination?

My local news station is reporting an epidemic measels outbreak with people who visited disneyland in December . My daughter & family visited there. & two of the kids are running fevers we are thinking they may have measal. They are current on all shots which I believe includes measles shot. Can they contract it anyway?
