How Effective Is Topical Chemo Cream When Suffering From Genital Herpes?

I had a total hysterectomy 11 yrs ago. I remarried 3 yrs ago and my husband has genital herpes. Even though he takes medicine and has not had a break out in 15 yrs, I caught it and takes meds for it. 3 months ago I tested positive for HPV and have warts inside my vaginal cuff. The Dr said it was dysplasia VAIN. There were at least 7 warts anyhow he did Cryosurgery on 4 of them and will return in a couple of weeks to freeze the rest of them. He mentioned taking Topical Chemo Cream and I want to know if this will be of help to me and if they will come back?
