How Get Relieved From Pain Due To Avascular Necrosis?

I'm 24 n was diagnosed to have avascular necrosis of both hip joints over 6 months ago.i've been on several treatments includin pain-relievin n cartilage-restoring drugs. Surgery is being considered. But d problem now is the excruciating pain dt no drug seem to be able to take care of. I just need any drug that can really work 4 dis pain. I'm in Nigeria, Africa
