How Harmful Is Inhaling Fumes Released From Disinfectants?

My daughter works in a hospital. Her job involves disinfecting contaminated toys using chlorox wipes and alcohol wipes. She works in a small room, no windows, door must be kept closed. Wipes are dropped into a basket at her feet. up to 3 other people doing the same thing in the room. 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. She wears gloves, apron and double masks...When I visit the fumes are very strong. Should we be concerned with health issues
