How Harmful Is The BP Of 225/104?

I just took my blood pressure. It was 225 over 104 I am not on meds however my doctor wants me to keep a daily record of my pressure. I t was 192 when I was in her office two days ago. Should I call her and let her know how high it is ? Thank you. Email is mimimouton2012@ gmail.com
