How Hazardous Is It To Inhale Melted Plastic Fumes?

Recently a cutting board was left over a pan and the oven was turned on making the plastic melt. I was able to catch it before the whole board was melted but some of the plastic got on the bottom of the oven. After cleaning out the excess plastic on the bottom of the oven I turned on the sled cleaner but now the house smells of plastic I have the kitchen windows open but I can still smell it is this hazardous to my health? What should I do?
