How Is Synthroid Different From Liothyronine Sodium For T3 Replacement?

HEllo. What is the differnce between syntroid and liothyronine for T3 replacement? I am allergic it seems to the fillers in the generic liothyronine but they tell me that the compounded liothyronine is really expensive. My insurance covers synthroid. Thanks
