How Is A Chemical Burn On My Eyebrows Treated?

Good afternoon Dr. I have a bit of an sensitive question. I bought some Just For Men beard and mustache hair dye. I tried the test patch of skin and had no reaction. I proceeded to put some on, including my eyebrows...bad idea. My eyebrows grew very enflamed, with some small blistering. this was one week ago.
I have been putting both curad silver solution and alternating triple antibiotic ointment. The blisters have gone but the redness is still there, albeit less pronounced. First question: am I treating the chemical burn correctly? Second: will the redness slowly go away over time?
