How Is Endometriosis Treated?

Hi I'm 25 years old and have a history of endometriosis, I had a op done in December of last year and since then I've been experiencing lower back pain, bloating, weight gain, fatigue and aches in my ankles and wrists. I have also had a horrible smelling discharge prior to my op in December and was treated for bv but the discharge has come back....it's very watery and strong smelling. Aside from those symptoms I'm very active health wise and exercise 3-4 times a week doing 3 mile walks and jogging and would say I've gained around 1 stone in 6 months even with exercise and a healthy diet.
