How Is Gross Dns To The Left Of My Nose Treated?

i have a gross dns to the left of my nose....i have nose blocks all the time....it gets worse in the winter and during night....atleast one side of my nose is always blocked...i catch cold very quickly....i sneeze a lot and have a runny nose almost all the time.....i have hypothyroidism and take regular thyroid medication.
