How Is Hysterectomy Treated?

had hystorectmy last year and it is still not feeling right can a doctor be sued for malpractice at this point after 1 year.

spent over 11 days in hospital with cut bladder and another part of bladder sewn together .Had me on heavy drugs which I was halucinating If a didn't talk to the doctor and stating that my wife is in pain after 4 days of not doing any tests she would have died!

please help
