How Is Ovulation Spotting Different To Implantation Spotting?

Hi iim 23 years old and my height is 5'6 and my weight is 55 kg, the thing is, I have this blood spotting due my ovulation, and it's dark brownish in color, and i had sex during my ovulation, but we wear condoms, and making sure the condom doesn't break, but I heard that ovulation spotting is normal due to my hormonal changes?, and it's different to implantation spotting?, because this one needs to have the spotting around my period to come. Can u help me to understand this more doc? Thanks slot
