How Is Ozone Applied To Head For Treatment Of Hair Loss?

Hi Dr, I read your answer back in 2011 about ozone helping against hair loss. My quesstion is how is ozone applied to the hair/head to achieve the benefits? Do you need to apply ozone to the head maybe bagging it? Getting a small tube of an ozonator into a bonnett worn on the head?
