How Is Reflux Caused In Stomach Related To Nasal Congestion?

I have a noisy drainage that i can hear and feel in my head and my sinuses and it wakes me up when sleeping. It also seems as if this can be caused by stomach since my stomach usually motions first and then I get the noise. This is very abnormal. Reflux medicines do not help nor do sinus medications. What could cause this and who should I see? Thank You
