How Long After Beta Hcg Can Normal Activities Be Resumed?

I have done IVF, Blasto, 6dt on 20th June and doctor suggested me Inj Gestone 100mg daily and Inj Hucog 1000 IU once in 3 days. My question is, when can i do beta Hcg, do i have to take complete rest for 15 days or 7 days rest is enough, can i start going to office. One more thing, after ET i was bed rested for 4 hours, when i gotup to eat food, due to anestia was give for ET omitted all the food out, it gave presure on my tommy, is this will effect the transfered Embroys.
