How Long After Surgical Abortion Will There Be Normal Menstruation?

HOw long after a surgical abortion will I get my period?
Also, when will my stomach go back to normal and not be bloated? I workout and eat healthy but i am still bloated and retaining water .. I was only 3 1/2 weeks pregnant at time of abortion. I'm frustrated
