How Long After Taking Fertomid Tablet Can One Conceive?

Hi Doctor how are you? I m a bit concerned, I m HIV positive and have been trying for a baby for the past 10 months but still no luck, i actually have 3 questions. 1. is it possible for me to be pregnant with a guy s second ejaculation as the first time we went for a condom only the second time we didn t? 2. is there a possibility for me to get pregnant when i have used a fertomid tablet only once or how long should i use before i get pregnant and after how many days can i try again? 3. isnt there any other tablets or medication that i can use to get pregnant except fertomid tablets?
