How Long After Taking Deviry Tablet Will The Periods Begin?

i have irregular periods(pco) for that ihave taken deviry 10mg,6daysback it has completd ,still i dont get period.how many days it takes to get.age27,height5'3,w71.i have this pco from lost8years.previously wheniused tablets then iget periods,i get baby with ivf.now my baby 18 months old,igot ciserion,up to now idont get period.laproscopy also did for pco.
