How long before my body adjusts off atenolol? I was on it 5 1/2 years. I had a blood pressure spike and ended up in the hospital. I was taken off atenolol and now I am not on any medicine. I've had headaches, fatigue, and a heart rate of between 78-100 when I take my BP throughout the day.
Dosage: 25 mg 1x daily
