How Long Can A Blighted Ovum Stay In The Body?

I took duphaston starting from my 4weeks of pregnancy and after 18 days the doctor said i have a blighted ovum (6weeks) as the gestational sac has no heartbeat in ultrasound. How long can a blighted ovum stay considering i took duphaston, i prefer natural way so i decided to wait for its natural expel from my body. thank you :(
