How Long Can Numbness After Biopsy Stay On Lip?

Hi. I had a biopsy done to test for Sjogren's on my lower lip three days ago and the outside of my lip and right below it still feel numb as if I've just been numbed from dental work. Is it normal for numbness to last this long? (I have also had a sinus headache for the past three days straight now).
