How Long Can Ruptured Saline Implants Stay In The Body?

I have a saline implant that has deflated but prior to this happening both my nipples have been scaly and both breasts have itched really bad. Now I wake up this morning with the left one deflated. I know they say its harmless but I have not been feeling real great lately. Can this in fact make you feel bad or cause any harm?
