How Long Do I Need To Be Awake After Hitting Head?

I fell getting into my bathtub this morning hitting the back of my head. I have no problems with mobility but I have a headache. This fall happened around 9:45 am cst. My question is... how long do I need to remain awake after hitting my head. I was not knocked out. And there are no other injuries. Thank You for your consideration.
