How Long Do Lip Injections Take To Heal?

Hello Doctor, I'm 19 year old girl and I am 5'7. Ive never had any health issues in my life, maybe because i am still young, but I did get a bad infection on my nose from a nose peircing last month; thats pretty much it. I want to get lip injections but I amm just scared of any side affects or problems that can happy to me from doing so. I work full time and im not sure how long I would need to take time off to heal. Will there be a problem to speak or eat afterwards in the next few days, or will i be able to go to work the next day?
