How Long Do Side Effects Of Epidural Injections Last?

How long will weight gain and puffy face from epidural injections of 60mg kenalog last? I had 2 shots on the left side to address 2 nerves and the same on the right side. my last injection was 3 weeks ago. I have been a very strict diet and I am exercising and still gaining.
