How Long Do The Damaged Nerves In Toes Take To Regenerate?

Hi I had a bad kitesurfing accident which resulted in my foot bending the wrong way in rocks, dislocating my left foot pinky and breaking it in two separate places. Toes 3 and 4 sustained cuts and nerve damage. Its been 3 weeks now and I still have no feeling in upper part of toe 4. Will the nerves regenerate on their own or will I forever feel numb there?
