How Long Do You Have To Take Anti Seizure Medication

How long do you have to take anti seizure medication and when can I drive again. I had i head trama in Apri; 2015, I was on Keppra for 3 months until I had a allergic reaction and then they took me off of it. I had my brain flap but back in Dec 15 and then i had a partial seizure where my right hand and arm started to shaker for about 7 mins. It a cured in Jan 2016. I went to a neurologist and he did a EEG test and he said it was good.
