How Long Does Beechams All-in-one Take To Reduce Pain In Eyes/throat/arms?

Well, i haven't been feeling well for about a week.
I started with a headache and i thought i could be because i was tired.
Then my eyes started to hurt as well as my throat.
I then started to get a snotty nose, and my arms are achy.
Im not hungry, not thirsty.
Im taking Beechams All in one but its not shifting
Any ideas on how long this will last for?
