How Long Does Botox Injections Take To Change Crows Feet?

I had botox injections on the 9th October 2010 for my crows feet and one side has gone completely and the other side I cannot see much change. Is this normal. I have been told to wait a maximum of 14 days, however surely by now there should be some changes.
I was conscious of my crows feet and now I am really conscious as it looks odd.
