How Long Does Misoprostol Take To Show Effect?

I just took 4 pills of misoprostol at 4:55pm for my third visit. It starts cramping really bad in 10minutes. The pills is almost dissolved in my mounth after 30minutes, but i vomit everything include my food at 5:30pm. I start drinking some water and took 2 advid at 5:45. And i feel much better 10minutes later. I dont know i feel better and stop cramping because of the advid or because the pills already came out. I also started bleeding. So is the pills already work or they just came out with my food? Do i need to take another one or wait unitl the next visit.
