How Long Does Norethisterone Take To Be Flushed Out Of The Body?

Norethisterone and trying to conceiveI will be taking Norethisterone to delay my period which is due on my wedding day (bad timing). We want to try to conceive as soon as we are married. Do I need to wait a certain number of days/weeks to allow the Norethisterone to clear out of my system before we can start tying to conceive. I want to make sure that we don't take any risks of having any defects if the Norethisterone is still in my system
