How Long Does Oxycodone Stay In The Body?

My husband took one of my oxycodone 10/325 tonight for his severe back pain, how long will it take to get out of his system? He was just called for a drug test for a new job on Monday and is worried. How long if he takes another one around 11:00pm tonight after work? That would be 2 tonight 7 & 11.....
