How Long Does Tyrptomer Take To Alleviate The Pain In Back?

My mother has somatoform disorder. She had a fall in early Jan 2015 and its 12 weeks since then. Doctor mentioned that actual pain might be to level of 20 % but she perceives that its extreme pain. MRI scan reveals that its L1 spinal compression. She has been prescribed Tyrptomer 75 mg every night. Pl advise if this tablet is effective for somatoform disorder and how long will it take to settle down and she is out of pain.
