How Long Does Enlarged Spleen Take To Come To Its Normal Size?

Hi, this is Vijay from India. My spleen was detected enlarged with size 18.7 cm in jan, 2015. And my wbs was 2. Lac. I have consult with dr and he told I m a cml patient. I am taking medicines(gliveec) by novartis. My blood reports are normal. But I am not feeling my spleen size recovery. I will go for untrasound tomorrow. In my case.. Or in general.. How much time spleen should take to come in normal position . Kindly ans.
