How Long Does Hair Transplant Suture Take To Dissolve In Skin?

Hi, I have a running suture in the occipitale region of my scalp from a hair transplant. There are 4 knots in the line altogether. I was wondering how long it would take, relatively, for those stitches to dissolve or for the skin to close up so that I could have someone remove the stitches?
