How Long Does Incision Site On Foot Take To Heal?

Hello i am 24 year male . One week before my surgeon performed incision and drainage on a non healing sinus on my right foot . Tissue sent from it for biopsy says " granalomotous inflammation compatible with tubercuolosis , dorsum of right foot"
He has now prescribed me akt4.
In how much time can i expect the wound to heal? Am i on right track ?
