How Long Does It Take To Recover From Fracture Of Lateral 6th And 7th Ribs?

I m a very healthy and active 60 year old female. I fell off a horse at full gallop in Costa Rica last week and sustained fractures of lateral 6th and 7th ribs among with contusion and extensive bruising of right hip. I m a nurse so lifting is part of my job. What is a reasonable recovery time? Thank you.
