How Long Does It Take To Recover From Hepatitis-E In A G6PD Patient?

Hello, Having traveled to India from dec 6 to 31, I compromised on the food and water by eating street food regularly. Feb 3, I had nausea, vomiting weakness and was admitted to the hospital on feb 5. ALT was 2400 and AST was 2300, bilirubin went up from 12 to 31 in a weeks time. Got discharged on feb 14 after 6 days. Liver enzymes have come down to under 70 for both ALT and AST. Billirubin slowing coming down and is at 18. Hep a,b,c all negative. Ultrasound of liver, kidneys. Heart all normal. MRI of the abdomen was normal. Biopsy of the liver shows acute viral hepatitis. Hep e results were positive. My health including the energy levels have improved a lot in the last month. However I am annoyed that I don t feel hungry like before. I am able to eat a little during the first half of the day, but by evening I don t feel like putting anything in my mouth. Is this common?? I drink 5 glasses of glucose with lemon mixed everyday with 3 bowls of fruit including a sugarcane. How long does it take to recover from Hep e?? I am G6PD patient. Since hep e is uncommon in the U.S. doctor was not able to guide very well. Regards
