How Long Does Liver Take To Normalise After Taking Tylenol?

Hello, I have an intolerance to acetaminophen and when asking a coworker for advil, he gave Tylenol to me without telling me. I have since had on and off abdominal pain and other symptoms suggesting some minor liver complications. How long will it take for my liver to return to a normal state?
