How Long Does Meth Show Up In A Baby's Stool

How long does meth show up in a baby's stool and blood? My very best friend and I are in recovery and she is 23 weeks pregnant....she recently relapsed on meth, one time use. She was honest with her probation officer and there is now an open CPS case against her. They will test the babies stool and blood. Will meth still be present in babies system?
