How Long Does Mild Case Of Gullian Barre Syndrome Take To Heal?

My husband has been diagnosed with a mild case of Guillain Barre Syndrome. He was in the hospital for 5 days and was given IVIG antibodies treatment on Jan.2-6 for 5 days. He can walk but still feels pins and needles or tingling in his hands stopping at the wrists and in his feet stopping at his ankles. How long will it take for the GBS to reverse since it is an acute nerve disorder ? He is 63 years old and does not have any other major health issues. He is of average weight and does not smoke and has about 3 glasses of wine a week. He is not on any medicine for the GBS and had a couple of B12 shots the past month.
