How Long Does Periods Take To Occur While On Endogest?

I have done IUI and have been advised to take endogest and progynova for 14 days. It has been more than 10 days since I completed the course and till now I didnt get my periods. Actually within how many days after Endogest will periods occur? When can I take the pregnancy test to check whether I am pregnant or not
